The place is super well located, right in the center yet still quiet at night for a small family. The room is huge and the living area is even bigger. The host is lovely, attentive, ready with advice and help, and I’d definitely come back. The only downside might be that a microwave is missing in the kitchen area, otherwise everything was perfect.

The room is in a great spot. The owner is very helpful and gave us plenty of tips. The room has a double bed and three mattresses for floor sleeping. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and practical. We had a pleasant family stay (2 adults and 3 children). Everything was perfect.

The location is very convenient and the ability to do a late check‑in and leave luggage is a plus. I didn’t like that the room turned out different from the photos; it wasn’t the typical Korean style shown in the first pictures, but otherwise everything was fine.

The spot is convenient for visiting Gyeongju’s historic center. The value for money was very poor. The listing photos suggested a traditional hanok house, but the room we got was completely different, more like a service room than a real room. The entrance was cluttered with trash and random items. The room had dust, mold, and ventilation problems, making the stay very unpleasant. The host’s management was disappointing: after reporting the issue we got no reply for hours, even though we were told they’d act quickly. We left early; the unused night was refunded, but 20,000 won was withheld for reasons we found unfair. Overall, an experience that doesn’t justify the price paid.
