The property is stunning and exceptionally clean. The staff are the most helpful and lovely people which really made the stay one of the most outstanding experiences I’ve had in many years. The location is excellent for its close proximity to almost everything but secluded just enough to be peaceful. I must highly recommend the hotel. I can’t fault the hotel, staff or location

The hotel sits close to tourist spots, but the elevator jammed us and the staff ignored the emergency, showing no concern for guests and offering no help. We felt overcharged for the poor service and the staff’s lack of courtesy and tact.
