The view from my room was absolutely stunning - it's a real showstopper.

The hotel's location by the river was a real bonus, and it was so easy to get to the city centre in just a few minutes.

I stayed here for the 4th time in the same room type on on both business and leisure trip. Highly rcm because of the view, very reasonable price and helpful staff, plus the location. This time my room at the work corner it was a wall, although the same room type but dont have the working nice view as usual expectation

The staff were enthusiastic and even arranged an early check‑in and a free room upgrade, but the walls were a bit shabby; otherwise everything was fine. The elevator sometimes didn’t respond when the button was pressed.

There isn’t much to praise, though the hotel is conveniently located near Dragon Bridge and the International Fireworks Festival that takes place each year. The property is marketed as a good spot for the DIFF 2026 fireworks because of its location, but you have to pay extra to access the terrace, and you’ll find people cooking on every floor and hallway to serve those heading up, while the terrace itself is worn out with dirty, stained glass. The pictures suggest a well‑kept hotel, yet the reality feels very old‑fashioned, falling short of expectations and offering poor value for money.
