I couldn't get in because it was closed and they didn't answer the phone; they only speak German, no English at all.

The hotel is close to shopping and my child’s school; it was hot, noisy, with kids, dogs, and cars outside, the beds were very soft and small, pillows thin, the toilet had flushing problems, and the shower leaked.

I arrived to find the room spacious with a large bathroom, and the location was quiet, but nobody was there to check me in.

The family‑run hotel felt like home, the owner was very friendly and polite, and the value for money was unbeatable—thanks a lot.
