The location near the station is spacious and tidy. The electricity in part of the room didn’t work, and we were missing a component of the Nespresso machine, so making coffee was difficult. Also, I’ve never had to have my partner sign for the stay before.

Nothing. At the reception they told me they couldn’t see my reservation and I wasn’t checked in. I was denied accommodation at the hotel.

Nice hotel, centrally located near the main train station. The lobby was open, and the reception was always staffed. Check‑out was very convenient. Breakfast was okay. There were no scrambled eggs or bacon, and the breakfast was actually pricey. The beds were rather hard. The street noise was unfortunately very loud.

The location was very good, close to the train station and a short walk to the city centre. Everything was easily reachable. The bathroom was cramped, with mold, and it was no surprise that a proper shower couldn’t be assembled. The shower’s water pressure was so weak that I couldn’t shower properly, so I had to go to a nearby gym to shower. The heating ran constantly; even when I lowered the thermostat, warm air still blew out and I couldn’t get cool air in. The lowest temperature I could get was 23 °C.
