I booked a hotel in Jose Ignacio, but it turned out to be nowhere near that location. The accommodation wasn't comfortable, and the access route was extremely busy in both directions. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't have a TV, and the location was quite inconvenient and insecure.

I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel, which I had visited before. The location is indeed very peaceful, making it perfect for those seeking tranquility. However, my second stay was not as great as the first one due to several issues. The hot tub was only half-filled and covered in sand, and when we arrived, we found that there was only one towel for the two of us. The staff member, Albis, was very apologetic and told us that there had been a mix-up, suggesting we move to another room.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, I loved the deck with a table and chairs, as well as the common areas, which were beautifully maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the mini kitchen was a useful amenity - I appreciated that the fridge was stocked with a selection of drinks and pastries in the morning.
