“better then all other hotel nearby”
The services are excellent and the 45th club lounge offers great value for money; always upgrade to a Premier Grand room. The front desk staff couldn’t understand English when I had a leg injury and was bleeding; they couldn’t even locate the first aid box. I had to go all the way to a 7‑11 to get a bandage, but all other facilities were perfect.

The service and experience were excellent; I stayed in a premier grand room and had access to the Club Lounge for breakfast and evenings, which made the stay extra special. The team at the Executive Lounge helped us plan our days and were an absolute delight. I hope to return to see the friendly faces and say a special thank you to Furya, Nakazani and Omiya, who went above and beyond each day to make our stay unforgettable.

Everything was great: excellent location with the metro and shops nearby. Breakfast was satisfying. The room isn’t large but cozy, and the view of the city hall from the window was spectacular. It’s very convenient that there’s a supermarket right in the hotel. We also dined at the restaurant downstairs, which was very tasty. No complaints.
