We stayed in a three‑bedroom suite that was very spacious, family‑friendly, and clean; breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the beach and the old town were within walking distance.
The room was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great, but getting to the hotel is not very easy; the location is good but the directions are complicated.
The room and shower were spacious, the pool beds were fine, the reception was pleasant, and the location is great for exploring the beach and center; parking in the garage was well arranged. However, the lower part of the shower heads was dirty, there were stains on the carpet around the bed, and overall hygiene could be improved.
“too short, will need to come back again one day.”
Breakfast and dinner were lovely, and the restaurant and front‑desk staff were excellent, kind, and very helpful.
The reception staff were very friendly and professional in handling guests, the talented girl at the bar served in the restaurant, and overall the hotel was excellent and I was very satisfied with everything.
