Getting there from the airport was easy, the pool was a hit with the kids, and the hotel was clean. Most staff were lovely, but one seemed exhausted and grew less friendly as the afternoon went on. We tried to speak French, yet she became irritable and called my dad “the drunk man” even though he was just jet‑lagged after a flight from New Zealand.

The welcome was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was well equipped, and the rooms matched the photos. It was a bit noisy outside near the parking (highway, trails), but after 22:30 it quieted down.
