“Great staff and food, rooms still a refurb”
The food is always lovely and the staff are attentive, so I can't fault them; however, this is my second stay and I'm disappointed that the rooms are still not refurbished despite the price, the bathroom door didn’t close, the baby cot was broken and propped against the window ledge, there was no cold tap water, the shower pressure was weak, and the bathroom was grubby and tired.

The overnight stay was fine, and there was nothing to complain about.
The reception welcomed me warmly, and everything met my expectations.

I’ve stayed here before and it feels like a second home.
Breakfast was very good, though the carpets in the corridors could use an upgrade.
