The hotel was excellent and I really enjoyed my stay, so I’ll definitely recommend it. The food, dining, and beverage options were really nice, and the location was fantastic. The staff were very polite, punctual, and genuinely friendly.

Nice staff, nice hotel. Reception.

The first thing that caught my eye was the confusion over the hotel’s brand; the sign said “Sheraton” but the towels were labeled “Marriott.” The Filipino staff member claimed a $100 insurance fee, which I was told I’d receive upon checkout. When I asked for the refund, the Egyptian staff said they don’t deal in dollars and the amount would be returned within 14 days. The restaurant was a letdown – I was the only one having breakfast, and there was only one other table.

The room was spacious and the front desk staff were friendly, but the TV was outdated and the coffee I ordered was subpar.
