The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern décor and quality materials. The hotel’s location is very central, perfect for walking around the city and enjoying nearby restaurants and shops. Breakfast is good and fairly generous. The owners are very kind and smile often. The rooms are noisy because of poor acoustic insulation, so you hear everything from adjacent rooms and the hallway. Also, the hotel is next to a nightclub that appears to be active twice a year during the summer, and the loud music until 1 a.m. makes it impossible to sleep before that time. After speaking with the owners, we were moved to a quieter room, but the nightclub’s music remained loud enough to keep us from sleeping before 1 a.m.

The hotel is charming, with classy furnishings, young and very welcoming staff. Breakfast, carefully prepared, was excellent and served on the terrace. The terrace is available to everyone and furnished with comfortable sofas and beautiful tables; we were accompanied by lovely cats. The coffee made with the machine is great. The price‑quality ratio is unbeatable. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sisu Alaçatı Hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, as if we were staying with family. Mrs Gözde and Bahar are two wonderful people – warm, sincere, attentive, and with a big heart. They were ready for us at every moment with a smile, a chat, or a helping hand. That kind of hospitality is rare and unforgettable. The location is also perfect: you literally walk around the corner to the Alaçatı shopping street, and on Saturdays the bustling Alaçatı market is just outside the door. Parking? No problem – there is plenty of space nearby. Our room was atmospheric, cozy and spotless – you notice everything that is done with love and care. The whole hotel exudes a homely atmosphere, a kind of calm and warmth that you don’t often find in a stay. We simply cannot find words to describe how special this place is. Sisu is much more than a hotel – it is a place where you are seen not as a guest but as a person. We will definitely return.
