Everything was good, nothing was missing. I thank the lady who does the hookah; she was truly excellent. The fridge had drinks, but there could have been snacks like chocolate.

We returned for a second visit and loved everything; the hotel staff surprised us with a gift, invited us to a regular‑guest party where the ladies received gel, dessert, and a tasty cocktail, and Denis at the lobby bar mixed fast, nice cocktails. The food was excellent, the evening programs were solid, the spa was superb, and we even tried arm‑wrestling. However, we were slightly disappointed by the DJ at the disco, who seemed to ignore what the crowd wanted, and we ran into a problem at check‑out: the day before we asked about a late check‑out, they said it was fine, but the next day a new reception staff insisted we leave by 12 noon, even though we’d never been told that time before.
