They let me know in advance that they had moved locations and were now closer to the square, exactly a block away. Even though they were still moving and there was activity during the day, it was very quiet at night. The staff were very friendly; when I arrived before check‑in they gave me a room to store my things and then handed me the room I had booked. The included breakfast was very tasty and complete. They helped me arrange a taxi to the airport and gave me information about tours. No issues.

The staff were very friendly from morning till night, and everything else was amazing once I asked to turn off the hallway light that faced my room; the place was comfortable and the balconies were super romantic for a couple.

We stayed for tourism, so we didn’t linger much; cleaning was left to guests, there was no dedicated staff, no cleaning supplies, only hotel soap at first, no shampoo or conditioner, but there was toilet paper and towels initially, then we had to dry by the air, and nothing was replaced. The reception hours were inconvenient, the nearby restaurant staff were unfriendly and didn’t give proper information.

The location was fine, but there was no iron, no accessibility for disabled people—all stairs, no ramps; the room had a burnt-out bulb and it took about 3 hours to replace it, the floor was quite old, and the sheets didn’t look very clean.
