The room was clean and fresh. It was disappointing that the breakfast that morning was lacking; there were no eggs, the yogurt had run out, and the cheese and ham were also missing. Nobody cleared the plates.

The breakfast was very good, the setting nice, a quiet relaxed place with a pleasant garden and tidy, nice rooms. We booked through a site that promised fast Wi‑Fi, which we paid for, but the hotel had been dealing with internet outages for the past three weeks and a receptionist told us the service was down; we rely on the web for reading books and news, so that was a big disappointment, and the TV kept freezing, probably because of the same issue. We paid for something we didn’t get, which was disappointing, and when we checked out we were offered the staff’s password to use their connection.
