The hotel serves buffet breakfast and à la carte lunch, and is within a 10-minute walk of Eger's Basilica and Main Train Station.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and the food was tasty. The bed was a bit soft, the walls were thin, and I could hear noises through the door. The pillows were a bit too firm.

The staff’s attitude improved the overall impression. The half‑board service was basically adequate. When I checked into the room, I first used the toilet seat. Despite a sterile sign being placed on the toilet, it was visibly used beforehand without using a broom. This either proves the room isn’t cleaned or it had been used after cleaning. The amount of dust on the lamp in the village also indicated there is “some” room for improvement. The jacuzzi water was at a suitable temperature for bathing, but it was cold to sit in. The towels were too folded.

The location was good. The food was tasteless.

A big hotel close to the city center with free large parking and a quiet neighbourhood, but the pillows were a bit lacking.
