The staff responded quickly to our problems and refunded us after we only stayed for 2 hours before leaving. Black mold in the bathroom posed a serious health risk. Our room had never been cleaned properly; some futons were very dirty, dishes were left dirty, and the oven fan was covered in oil. We stayed at Opus.5 Nagomi, which is also across the highway about a 10‑minute walk from the actual farm property.

The outside was wonderful—spacious, well equipped, and the owners were friendly. The bathroom was in bad shape.

The staff were very welcoming and the hotel sits close to local attractions, but the room wasn't cleaned properly, there was mold on the ceiling and the window paper, and no jacuzzi was available even though it was listed.
