The food was tasty and the room décor had a nice style; the Bavarian breakfast was a highlight. However, there was no coffee machine in the room, which was expected at that price. No amenity kit with toiletries was provided. A pump dispenser had to be taken into the shower, and there was no small kettle for tea. The self‑check‑in could be improved and the hotel signage better.

The property is very nice, well‑maintained, and modern, and the room is pleasant. We ran into trouble at check‑in: no key was ready for the contactless system, so we had to ask the restaurant staff for help, who didn’t seem particularly pleased. They handed us a key that didn’t work, so we had to return, report the issue, and receive a new one. We waited a long time for hot water in the room. The room also had a lot of cobwebs and dust. At check‑out, the receptionist that day didn’t speak any English, and even after I explained I didn’t understand German, she kept speaking German. Breakfast was average, with a limited selection of food, and the coffee tasted awful.
