“Mooi hotel op een goede locatie aan het strand”
The rooms are good, with comfortable beds and showers. The air conditioning is very effective and quiet. The rooms are quite bright. For the safe you have to pay extra, which was 40 euros for two weeks. We had a less positive experience at reception upon arrival, mainly due to one person; the rest of the staff were fine. The wine and cocktails are of moderate quality, beer is good. Two beach chairs and a parasol cost an extra 18 euros per day.
There is no entertainment for the French; 95% of the guests are German. The food is very limited, only pasta and German desserts.

Everything was perfect, third year in a row at Cactus and definitely not the last. The new lagoon area was very beautiful and helped us enjoy our stay and our drinks, especially since it’s next to the water park where we literally spent the whole day. Our little one kept wanting water guns. The lagoon bar girls were very polite and great at their jobs. Thanks to the staff and the rest of the bar. Thanks to the reservations team for the fantastic room (124). Thanks to the reception team for doing the best thing as soon as we arrived. Of course, thanks to Ms. Chrys, who always smiles and is very helpful. Cleanliness this year was 10, but personally I think the biggest asset of the hotel is the maître d', always there, always smiling, always beside the guest despite the intense work; a professional and an amazing person. As a customer coming for the third consecutive year, I think the only area that needs a little improvement is the kitchen. All dishes are tasty and kudos to the kids and the chef; I think the menu needs an upgrade because we already know what we’ll eat. the menu is nice but repetitive, especially if you’re a repeat visitor. Some improvement in cocktails would help; the syrups are good but the cocktails are monotonous unless new ones have been added.

The pools and water park are awesome. The rooms are big. The location is very good. The air conditioning didn’t work and even the experts couldn’t fix it. The lifeguard at the pool was not patient with the guests. The food was not tasty at all.
