“Unfortunately, this is the last time I will be staying at this location.”
I didn’t like anything about my stay. When I arrived, the front desk rep’s attitude toward all guests in the lobby was inappropriate and negative, her energy was off, and I felt embarrassed by her.
“Very bad customer service”
I booked early, but when I was hours away, I got an email/text saying the hotel had overbooked and I should find another place—really poor customer service.
Checking in was smooth, but less than 20 minutes after I settled into my room I spotted cockroaches, some even near the trash can. I killed a few and gave the hotel a chance, yet more appeared in different spots, even on the bed. I no longer felt comfortable, so I went to the front desk to check out, but nobody was there to help. When I tried to cancel for a refund, I never got a reply.
The staff were decent, but the bed was hard.
