“Modesta esperienza nel complesso”
The room was spacious and fairly clean. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes from the Dante metro and 10 minutes from the Piazza Cavour station. The value for money is good compared to Naples. The beds were comfortable, and the room came with all essentials (hand soap, shower shampoo, towels). The initial welcome was good. The building is very old, which I understand they can’t change much, and it feels a bit labyrinthine structurally, though not a major issue. However, the reception was very absent: ten minutes after check‑in we noticed a TV problem (black screen) and when I went to the front desk to report it, no one was there. Phone communication was superficial and unresolved, with no follow‑up, even though the issue was apparently known. In two hours the elevator broke down, and we were not notified, leaving us stuck for several minutes and forced to walk down—what would a guest with mobility issues or luggage do? Also, the locks are not very convenient, but that’s typical for this type of building.
