The location is good and the bed is comfortable, but the room cleaning was awful, staff ignored us, we asked for an extra blanket on day one and it never arrived, we requested cleaning twice and only a garbage bag was taken out, and the worst part was that we bought two bottles of wine to bring home as souvenirs, but when we got home the box only had one bottle—this is unacceptable, not because of the price but because of the sentiment we intended to share.
