The location and surroundings are great, close to markets and transport hubs, and the staff is helpful and cooperative, yet housekeeping never arrived on time; even after requesting cleaning in the morning when I left the room and handed the keys at reception, nothing was done—only after calling reception did they clean, wasting extra time, and when I returned in the evening I found the room still dirty and had to wait another 15–20 minutes for the cleaning and linen change; the corridors were saturated with cigarette smoke, making it hard to stay there for long, so I had to exit the lift and rush back into my room, and even moving through the corridor felt difficult.
