“Photos absolument non réalistes! Fuyez! Horrible! Inadmissible!”

I was initially greeted by friendly staff, but unfortunately, it couldn't make up for the unsanitary conditions of the hotel. We booked two rooms for five people, and we had to sleep five across on a bed that looked dirty (we found hair, bugs, and other unpleasant things on the bed). The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty, and I'm pretty sure a thorough cleaning with a cloth and disinfectant could have made a huge difference. To make matters worse, we saw a rat in the hotel.

“Voor een korte nacht is ok”

The hotel had a decent TV with digital reception and air conditioning, but that's where the positives end. Our room was not clean at all, with cobwebs and dust everywhere. The bedding was also not clean, which was disappointing. It's clear that the housekeeping wasn't done properly.

I think mice are lovely creatures, but I'm not a fan of them taking over the hostel's kitchen. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened during our stay.

“Kualitas hotel dr makin tdk credible, makin malas pake”

Unfortunately, there's nothing positive to say about our stay. The room was not as advertised, with a smelly bathroom, non-functional hot water, and solidified soap that couldn't be used. To make matters worse, we were given a room on the top floor, which I suspect was a form of discrimination. The room was also poorly laid out, with beds and furniture haphazardly placed. The staff was also unfriendly. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
