A young man on the cleaning crew was very helpful with our bags and even offered to help us leave; I wish I knew his name. The doors kept slamming all night, the room stayed cold even though the thermostat was set to 75—never reached that temperature. The beds had short sheets and the blankets only reached just above the stomach, which was ridiculous; we had to use large towels to cover ourselves.

The front desk staff were amazing—friendly, polite, and the check‑in went smoothly with no issues getting our key and heading straight to the room. There was an on‑site restaurant that we didn’t try. The bathroom shower was a mess; the drain hadn’t been cleaned in a while and was clogged with hair. After showing the front desk a picture, we ended up showering at a relative’s house on our last night.

The parking was free and the hotel’s proximity to the airport was convenient, but the sheets were left unpressed and looked very wrinkled.
