The bed was very comfortable.

The price was good. The TV in the room wouldn’t change channels, and when I tried to call the front desk there was no dial tone. I went downstairs and a woman was rude but replaced the remote batteries; the TV still wouldn’t work. I went down again and the same woman seemed to be sleeping at the desk. I told her the TV and phone still didn’t work, she was extremely rude, said we had called but hung up, and showed us her call log. I asked about the TV and she said she didn’t know what to tell us. I asked her to note both problems.
