Atelier Skalo Boutique Hotel

The hotel looked stunning with gorgeous decor; Kimberly was friendly and helpful, but the shower blasted too much water, flooding the bathroom.

“Ótimo custo-benefício”

The team’s service was great, the location and room were good, we saw the coffee service transition from à la carte to buffet and it improved, but the cheap shops around the hotel and the outdoor morning lounge under a huge tree are beautiful yet uncomfortable because of falling leaves and bird droppings.

“wonderful stay”

Staff were friendly and the check‑in was quick; the beds and room were comfortable and clean, the pool stayed open 24 hours, and security walked the premises at night. The parking space was limited and the room lacked a microwave.

“Overpriced value for money, but has potential”

The location is central and the building beautiful; the room was well designed with a lovely balcony view, and the staff were polite while the garden had a pleasant atmosphere. However, for the price we still had to pay for breakfast, which was basic and pricey; one door missed a glass window, letting cold AC air slip in and making it hard to keep the room cool. At 5 am the nearby parties were noisy, and from 7–8 am the workers started their day, as expected in the city center. There were no wardrobes, so we had to lay clothes on the couch and on the floor. The high rates are acceptable only if the service matches the cost.
