The place is in the heart of the historic centre and the large, comfortable room is self‑contained and super easy to access. Don’t try to drive there and park nearby; the whole historic centre is very hard to reach by car.

The location is fantastic, the room is spacious, and the staff are very friendly. The street noise is loud until the early hours and from early in the morning.

It sits in the centre of Maastricht, close to shops and a parking garage, and the room is roomy. The price is high for what’s offered, the TV didn’t work, and breakfast in the on‑site restaurant cost 25 € for a limited menu that didn’t even add up to that amount. Waiting was long because there wasn’t enough staff.

Everything matched the description and photos – a beautiful spot in the car‑free part of the old town on a lively corner with well‑kept, popular cafés and restaurants. The hotel itself has a cosy French bistro with a small menu, and breakfast à la carte is served there. The rooms are clean, spacious, and simply elegant.

The location and décor are good. The reception was chaotic, odd, and not very welcoming, with only one key instead of two. We were sent to the wrong room, then a staff member walked in and told us we’d taken the wrong room even though the chef had assigned it to us. It wasn’t clear when breakfast was served; it only started at 09.00 am. Breakfast was actually delicious! There was no air‑conditioning, so we left the windows open, and at 06.00 am the glass bins were emptied, creating a lot of noise.
