This hotel had great service and really comfortable, spacious rooms. The only downside was that the front desk staff didn't speak English, which made check-in a bit tricky, but they were really friendly and tried their best to help.

I loved this hotel, and the receptionist, Ye Meng, was especially lovely. The whole place just felt really welcoming.

The staff were really friendly, even though we didn't speak the same language. The hotel was clean and had a comfy bed, which was just what I needed for a quick stopover in Beijing. It was also super convenient, only a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the train station.
