The lady who guided us through the self‑check‑in and self‑check‑out was friendly, and we only had contact via messages. The B&B, located inside a respectable condominium, is actually shabby and not clean. There were no single‑use hygiene kits, only various partially used bottles of products. In the bathroom there was a strong sewage smell. The included breakfast consisted of some packaged croissants (without ingredient lists or expiry dates), a carton of milk in the fridge, and several already opened jars of coffee and other soluble drinks. Also the sheets and towels were old and not well arranged. The price paid was absolutely unjustified.

For self‑catering there is a big fridge and good transport connections. Breakfast consisted of one packaged croissant per day. Coffee for self‑service was available.

“Welcome to Rome”

We were welcomed and felt at home,given a lot of local information on transport etc. Any needs we mentioned were addressed promptly.very quiet area. Breakfast could have been better,.the mirror was a little overwhelming
