The location is perfect; we really enjoyed the pool with a view of the Sea of Galilee, and Tomer was friendly and tried to help on site. We also appreciate being able to bring our dog. However, the place is neglected and poorly maintained: the exterior walls are not clean, the doors are very dirty—note that cleaning covers only linens and towels, not the dining area. Doors were not shut, everything feels old and neglected, even the back grill is unmaintained and could fall, blocking the beautiful view of the Sea of Galilee.

Great place, great view. The pool is large, the staff were nice. The jacuzzi didn’t work and the fridge was leaking.

The service and human interaction are wonderful; it’s a good guy to deal with and you leave satisfied. Everything was amazing, though I’m less interested in a heated indoor pool; the pool was warm and a great spot for families with children.
