The staff are very friendly, but it feels old‑fashioned; the sports floor has been closed for a long time and it needs a good refresh.

The pool was nice. Everything else was the worst hotel of my entire trip to Malaysia, and it wasn't cheap. Everything was incredibly dirty. The bathroom smelled awful. We had to ask for it to be cleaned and it still looked disgusting. Towels were missing, the TV was broken, the door to the terrace wouldn't close, and the room door had holes. The furniture was old and broken. I would never recommend it.
