The hotel was stunning with a high level of service awareness—at reception Akzynat upgraded our rooms and was simply lovely, while Kadir provided good service and was available for any questions and help. The food was amazing, even for those who keep kosher. Part of the hotel was under renovation, but that didn’t bother us because our rooms had pool access.

The food was incredibly tasty, and the pier area for dinner was a delight; the staff there were very attentive and friendly, and the outdoor night club was fantastic. However, making eye contact with the waiters at the main restaurant required a lot of effort, and the casino felt cramped and dull, even though a new one is supposedly opening soon but hasn't yet.

Everything was just amazing, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, the food was outstanding, and both breakfast and dinner were so good that I would highly recommend staying there.

When we arrived, Ms. Özlem greeted us warmly and gave us detailed information about the hotel, then directed us to the restaurant. Because we were traveling with a baby, they gave us an already ready room even though our assigned room wasn’t prepared yet, and they didn’t keep us waiting. All staff were polite and friendly, except for the casino waiters. Everyone made an effort to accommodate our baby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The sea view was decent. They helped us get to the beach in a buggy easily. The hotel’s location is great; you can reach any place by car with ease. On the downside, the hotel feels old in every detail. Some room furnishings are worn and falling apart. The hallway where our room is located had no ventilation; the walk from the elevator to the room was stale and hot all the time. Our room constantly sounded like a generator or a large AC motor, a continuous noise. We didn’t request a room change after noticing this, but it would have been hard to settle with our baby. In front of our door, a few trays with leftover food and drinks from the neighboring room stayed there for a whole day and we saw them every time we entered or left. Over the three nights we ate three meals each day, but the quality was inconsistent; one day the food was tasty, the next day it wasn’t. The meals we paid for could have been better. The variety of dishes was sufficient. On the last day we checked out, we still had a few hours before leaving the hotel, and we needed to change our baby’s diaper, but they said there was no space for that. Regarding the casino, first I should say I didn’t lose anything – I even hit a major jackpot – so my negative comments aren’t about losing money. The games were old, and the new games on the island are not here. Most of the waiters were unhappy, and when you ask for something you think twice about it. Nothing ever came after you asked. Winning and losing is always a matter of luck, but it seemed like there was a system to keep everyone playing for a while. I saw the electricity cut off in the casino for the first time; after about two minutes power returned and many people had to wait a long time to get their balance back. Some machines were still off even a day after the outage. With these prices, we won’t choose this hotel again.
