Cristina is an exceptionally nice person. The breakfast was always very good and lovingly prepared. Every day a different cake, usually homemade. We were extremely satisfied.

“Super locatie, aanbevolen!”

I was blown away by how peaceful the setting was when we needed a break after a day at the beach or other spots; the room had AC so I could escape the heat, and the place offered plenty of space and a great location. The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful, preparing a tasty breakfast every morning, always something a bit different. Nothing else to complain about, everything was perfect.

This place didn’t surprise me; there were a lot of mosquitoes, the room was tiny and had no storage, but the bathroom was adequate and the room’s AC worked fine. The owner wasn’t willing to lend us mugs for afternoon or evening coffee, nor did she provide a kettle. Mainly the mosquitoes and the small room were the issues.

Cristina is very friendly and helpful. The residence is a bit outside Grado but still very easy to reach. The rooms are a bit small

“Unassuming, perfectly acceptable accommodation.”

We had stayed here before and found it more than sufficient for a layover. The accommodation is basic yet nicely presented, clean, and comfortable. We had a room with an ensuite bathroom, and parking on the property was secure. The hostess was very accommodating and friendly, happy to help and give advice, set up appointments for us, and let us use her fridge, kettle, etc. Breakfast was simple but thoughtfully chosen and presented. Our room was air‑conditioned, which was a big relief in this hot summer. We’d definitely stay again if we’re passing the lovely town of Grado, only a 15‑minute drive away. As long as the Savoy Hotel isn’t expected, I can’t find anything to dislike.
