“Bad experience and terrible expericences”
After booking the room, I never received any email for information or confirmation on my stay; when I called them, they said the issue was normal with no explanation. I eventually received an email labeled "information received," not "confirmation," for my scheduled booking. On the check‑in day, before leaving home, I called again for confirmation but got no answer. I still went, and upon arrival I called once more, yet no response—bad service and rude. I checked with other agents and my family was lucky to find a nice apartment for 200k VND less. Terrible experience.
