Múzeum Červený Kláštor

The spot is right next to the Danube, which is great for a quick rafting trip, and the museum nearby is very interesting. The room is large and spacious, but instead of a double bed we were given two single beds joined together, and the mattresses were very uncomfortable for sleeping. The blankets were also very short. I have no idea how long the restaurant stays open, but when we arrived before 6 pm there were people eating outside and they told us we could no longer order food. We went to bed hungry. Breakfast was very basic – just coffee/tea, no juice, and even no water. The plate had scrambled eggs, a few vegetables, bread, butter, and jam.

“Good spot for a quick visit”

The location is great, and the museum admission is included. The rooms are clean. Breakfast, however, was not very healthy and was almost the same every day.

The experience is authentic and unique. Breakfast takes place in a historic period restaurant within the complex. The accommodation price includes entry to the monastery, which would cost 7 € per person if booked separately.
