The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the facilities are new, but the place can feel overpriced on special occasions.

The spot was right next to the subway station, making trips to Asiad Stadium a breeze, and there were plenty of restaurants, Daiso, and Compose Coffee nearby; the day‑shift guy was fantastic, pushing hard to communicate despite the language barrier, and the shower’s water pressure was great. The room was a bit small but still comfortable for one person.

The staff were very helpful; the male receptionist called a taxi for me, carried my bags, and stayed with me while I waited, even recommending places to eat. The price was higher because of the BTS concert that weekend.

I was at the same Browndot.Hotel, but the taxi went to Togo by mistake (crying) and the staff helped me; the BTS live shows made the distance from the general sports ground station to Renzan station short, so the location was good, and the CU on the hotel side was handy for late‑night snacks and drinks after the show. Breakfast seemed available, but it was just a coffee‑making space, so I didn’t use it. Basically, it’s a motel so you can’t call a taxi, which I learned; Browndot.Hotel also has a business hotel, so I thought the price was for that, but the BTS effect raised the cost, so I think it’s worth it. The building felt old, with cockroaches and a creepy vibe, but given the high room rate, it’s not a deal‑breaker.
