It was clean, well‑located for the beach and shops, and still quiet in the evenings and at night. Everything was available – stove, fridge, enough space to cook. The staff were friendly during key hand‑over. My little son and I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back next year. Nothing negative.

Check‑in and check‑out were good, the staff were friendly, and the location excellent, but accessing the room was an issue and the bathroom isn’t in the room – it seems intended only for the guest’s use. A small personal fridge and a bathroom in the room would make the price‑performance ratio excellent for me.

The location was very good.

The beach location is unbeatable, between two bus stops, a playground around the corner, and Ahoibad is a 15‑minute walk. Good value for money, and an own bathroom was more important to me than a kitchen. The dining area was spacious and usable all day. I see it as a solid solution for a modest travel budget. What was missing were places to hang wet swimwear – the room was fine but small, and even the regular bath towels had no good drying spot. The shared kitchen lacked organization (and a few pots); sorting and labeling the cabinets would help. The sponge holder couldn’t be hung – even if it were changed daily, that’s a hygiene issue. My advice to the operator: consider making a warm meal and breakfast for 2‑4 people; that’s the best way to gauge improvements without major investment, just time.

The room was reachable only via a steep, narrow staircase that wasn’t mentioned in the description, and it turned out to be very noisy.
