“Stinkendes Zimmer”
The location is very good. However, we were very disappointed with our stay. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. Dust and dirt were everywhere, even in spots that should have been obvious during regular cleaning. The room felt as if it hadn't been properly cleaned for a long time. The most unpleasant aspect was the strong, damp, moldy smell that permeated the entire room. It was constant and greatly affected our comfort. We normally expect cleanliness and a fresh, hygienic scent to be standard. This was not the case here. Even though minor flaws can be overlooked in a lodging, the combination of noticeable dirt, dust, and especially the intense damp and moldy odor was unacceptable. We felt uncomfortable in the room. Both the cleaning and the source of the damp, moldy smell need urgent improvement. The room was simply too expensive for what it offered.
