“Great! I would stay there again.”

We were three and the place was spot on, right next to the train station and the living area was huge for us. The room even had a washer/dryer, and the shower was the biggest I’ve seen on my trips across Japan. The staff were fantastic and I’d definitely book again. The only thing I didn’t know when I booked was that the beds were traditional Japanese futons, but that turned out to be a cool experience and a nice wrap‑up to our Japan adventure.

The room was roomy, perfect for four people, super clean, and close to the train station; it even came with a washing machine and dryer, which was super convenient. The price felt a little high.

The location was great, close to the station, the room was large, there were plenty of shops nearby, Osawara Castle was just a few minutes’ walk, and we had everything we needed, including a washing machine and detergent. The area was pretty quiet. The only thing that could have been better was a folding board and iron, which we didn’t find in other places either. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

The spot is super convenient for the station and the room’s amenities were excellent. The staff were very helpful, letting us drop our bags off before check‑in and after check‑out. The room could use darker curtains or blinds to block morning light.
