The hotel is excellent, the reception is great and very helpful. The location is fantastic, close to everything: restaurants, cafés, markets, and tourist spots. The room is spacious, very clean, with delicious beds and a perfect shower. The breakfast is tasty. We liked everything.

The room is very comfortable, clean, and the bathroom is spacious with hot water. The breakfast could have been better.

The location is good, you can walk to many places. I didn't like the mattress; it was too soft. I stayed in room 792, but nothing was uncomfortable.

The room facilities are fine, the gym is very poor, a scam. Besides the gym, the lack of flexibility when handling the reservation was disappointing, zero empathy. Also the welcome drink offered was only wine or coffee, and they wouldn't let me change it for another beverage for my partner who can't drink wine; we mentioned it and nothing was done. For a hotel of this category, that's a regrettable detail.

The location is good, the room is well equipped (junior suite). The bathroom is small and not very new.
