The walk trail is nice and dog friendly, but the upstairs guests were noisy and drunk, keeping everyone up past 2 am. The breakfast was terrible and the TV service didn’t work.

The room size was very comfortable. We stayed in a junior suite where the bedroom was separated from the living area, which was nice. The breakfast that came with the stay was adequate, with several self‑serve options.

Convenient, with a storage room for our bikes and friendly staff who let us check in a bit early. Small styrofoam cups were used for coffee and tea, only flavored CoffeeMate was offered for coffee, and there was no cream; I had to use the milk meant for cereal.

The location was easy to get to from I‑90 and the rooms were clean, but the check‑in process was slow.

The place is close to the bike trail and generally clean, but all the clothes dryers were broken for three days, there is no elevator and the front desk didn’t ask or offer first‑floor rooms. Breakfast was weak—cold eggs, bologna for meat, a honey bottle that was sticky for three days, and so on. Very few power outlets, especially on the bedside tables, and the air conditioner was noisy with no thermostat. The front desk staff were not very informative about nearby restaurants, the adjacent gondola, etc.
