The staff, especially at the front desk, were professional and very friendly, and the infinity pool with a sea view was beautiful, but the buffets were very varied yet tasteless, the bathtub in the bathroom was very old, and the towels were worn.

The spot was great, and the pools and beach were solid. The place was packed, and the overall service just couldn't keep up.

The location right across from the beach was great, but the breakfast lacked omelets and fried eggs cooked in front of us; I complained about a non‑working WC exhaust fan and nothing was done, the extra bed had no top sheet and was directly covered with a blanket, a towel I left on the floor was put back in place after two days, and on one of the days the pool was very dirty around the chairs.

The location was excellent, and the view was nice. The meals offered little variety and choice for a 5‑star hotel, and the entertainment was also weak.
