I liked the hotel’s location near Taksim Square, even though it’s a bit far from the tourist core. The welcome details in the room, the daily bottled water refills, and the fairly complete breakfast were nice. The room was small, but it had a little terrace overlooking the city. The hotel didn’t have a café, but there was a small bar in the lobby where they offered coffee, snacks, or lemonade on occasion. The room size was a problem, especially since we were a group and saw other rooms that were much larger. I also didn’t like that on departure day, which was at the same time the breakfast area opened, they couldn’t give us the breakfast picnic bag because they said we’d notified them too late (we did so the day before).

The staff were very hospitable and kind, especially Furkan, Ali, and Gebrail. The rooms are small.

The location works well: it takes about an hour by subway, including transfers, from the airport, and another 40 minutes by cable car and tram from the hotel to the old town.

The hotel is well located near all amenities. Every staff member, from reception to housekeeping, was helpful and nice, especially Turkan the receptionist with his smiling face who helped us fit everything. Everything was good.
