The room appeared clean at first glance, but only one bulb worked, the wallpaper behind the pillow was torn and something black, likely mold, was visible behind it, and warm water took several minutes to arrive. There was no elevator.
I was impressed by how the staff handled a small personal request about my booking; they took it into account, which made the experience pleasant and definitely earned me a great review.
