“Ótima opção para futuros retornos”

The infrastructure is excellent, the place stays very clean and quiet even with many guests. Breakfast is good, the receptionists are all friendly and attentive. The location is superb and easy to reach, just a short walk—about 1 km—from the main avenue that leads into downtown.

Cleanliness, location, and comfort are all solid. The only downside is the lack of a heated pool; the local temperature is always low, which makes using the pool hard.

Sara provided excellent service, and the facilities—cleanliness, linens—are great, as is the breakfast. The only constructive criticism is the coffee: the machine is old and the coffee could be better; the breakfast is excellent, but the setting deserves an espresso machine.

“Booking reavaliar essa pontuação;”

The place is beautiful with nature. But it was one of the biggest disappointments I've had. I booked because it had a 9.4 rating, but it's nothing like that. The hotel needs huge improvements: bad cleaning, linens with a smell, and the breakfast is among the worst I've ever seen. The rating should be revised. My rating would be at most 6.2 and a stay would cost no more than R$150.00; I'm not doing this to burn them, but to improve. I'll post photos to show flies on the fruit, a cake that seemed to be from the Princess Isabel table from some century, a mini pizza that had been there 20 years, the glass cups had an egg smell. Improve this, friends, the place is beautiful but needs work.
