“Nice historic country stay”

The historic finca in the mountains was beautiful. I appreciated our historically decorated room with a very clean bathroom and the great view from the breakfast terrace. We enjoyed walking freely around the breakfast area. The building is old, which makes maintenance challenging; some parts of the structure and the pool feel a bit dated and could use extra care. Being a rural stay, everything you need is at least a 5‑10 minute drive away, so there’s nothing within walking distance.

The colonial‑style house’s ambience, antique furniture, and the house’s history, along with the garden of orange, avocado, and mango trees, the fantastic view of cactus‑covered mountains, the friendly staff, and the pool under palm trees were all very, very beautiful! It’s a bit remote, so you’ll need a rental car and a short drive to get anywhere, but that’s not a problem.

A magnificent property worth seeing, we were very well received. The bedding was high quality, and the breakfast was very good and generous.

It’s a rural hotel to enjoy peace. Access is via a partially unpaved road, so you have to drive slowly. The accommodation was fully renovated and clean. It’s about 15 minutes from Agaete and easy to reach the coastal area.
