“Average Stay”
The staff were really helpful, but that's where it ends - the room was a bit of a mess, and there was no tea or coffee to be found. Oh, and don't even get me started on the noise from the floor above at night.
For the most part, I had a good time at this hotel - nothing major went wrong.
Honestly, the price was a bit steep - could've used a discount.
Worst experience ever - they cancelled my booking without a word and kept the 4000 rupees I'd paid in advance. No refund, no explanation, nothing. Total disaster.
