The hotel sits in a superb spot and the staff are genuinely friendly, with breakfast included. The buffet isn’t massive but more than enough, and they’ll whip up scrambled eggs fresh if you ask. The attached restaurant serves solid home‑cooked dishes you don’t see much any more—think Königsberger meatballs, jellied meat with fried potatoes and remoulade, all excellent. The room, however, felt very dated; nothing was broken, but the 90s vibe is clearly past its prime and could use a redesign or modern furniture. Paying almost 600 € for two people for three nights left the value‑for‑money feeling a bit off.

The daily small breakfast is great; the breakfast staff were very attentive and fulfilled every request. The pension is in a top spot. The parking lot is a long walk from the pension, and having to run back and forth for a new 7.00 € parking ticket is not ideal.

The staff are super friendly and the location is good. The accommodation is very clean but a bit dated, which is expected. It didn’t bother us at all.
