The hotel is excellent; the room matched the photos, was clean, and the bedding was high quality. The staff were friendly, breakfasts were very good with a variety of meats, eggs, pancakes with various fillings, cold cuts, and sweets. On the day of departure, a late check‑out was required, and it was especially pleasant that they allowed me to leave a couple of hours later. The human touch throughout the hotel was remarkable—thank you for the hospitality!

This hotel is one of the best choices in Namangan. The staff were friendly and gave me a free upgrade to an apartment. Breakfast was good, and the location is quite central with plenty of parking next to the hotel. However, it is starting to feel a bit outdated, and road noise is quite audible in the room.

The place was spotless, with pristine white linens and all the small necessities; the staff were very polite and friendly, giving each guest individual attention, and the breakfast selection was varied. The shower needs a little repair though.

Everything worked out perfectly! The rooms were clean, cozy, and roomy, and the receptionists were kind and tried to help whenever there was a problem or confusion.
